Jeff Ricks studied at East Carolina University and obtained his bachelor’s degree in 2004. After completing school, he spent 17 years in the corporate world with multiple Fortune 500 companies. He carries a full broker’s license and is also cash flow certified from a big five bank, which is a great tool for helping buyers and sellers understand the financial side of real estate.

A North Carolina native there is nowhere else his family could imagine living with proximity to the mountains and beach. He believes in going the extra mile for his clients and educating them on what is typically the largest purchase of their life. When he is not working with his clients you will find him spending time with his family.
